The Regenerative
Vision

Laughing Coyote began with a commitment to natural, holistic health; creating programs and products designed to restore balance and build strong foundations for long-term wellbeing.

Over time, that work expanded into a broader vision. True wellness is inseparable from the land that sustains us, the animals we care for, and the communities we cultivate.

Today, holistic services and natural products form the operational and financial foundation of this project. Tomorrow, through intentional phased development, that foundation will support an intimate, regenerative land-based community integrating agriculture, hospitality, education, and healing.

Growth is guided by financial resilience and ecological integrity, not urgency. Each stage strengthens the next. At its core, this vision is about stewardship; of health, land, and community,  built to serve for generations.

Welcome to Phase I. Since 2025, Laughing Coyote has been actively generating revenue through structured wellness programs and small-batch natural products crafted with uncompromising standards. Ingredients are sourced fair-trade, organic, and local whenever possible. Sustainability guides every decision, from formulation to packaging, with conscious attention to environmental impact and carbon footprint at every stage of production.

Each product is personally tested and developed with long-term integrity in mind. Ongoing research and development supports the refinement of existing offerings and the creation of new products and services aligned with regenerative principles.

Ten percent of all operational revenue is committed directly to a dedicated Development Reserve. These funds are held exclusively for future land acquisition, infrastructure planning, and Phase III expansion.

As the project grows, operational, financial, and environmental impact reporting will be implemented to ensure transparency, measurable accountability, and long-term stewardship.

This stage is built on transparency, measurable impact, ecological responsibility, and disciplined growth, ensuring that what is envisioned for tomorrow is responsibly supported by what is built today.

Phase I

Operational Foundation
Phase I centers on refining and expanding holistic programs and natural products while strengthening internal systems, quality standards, and financial discipline.

This stage prioritizes measurable client outcomes, product research and development, ethical sourcing, and steady community growth. Revenue generation during this phase supports operational sustainability and the ongoing allocation of capital into the dedicated
Development Reserve.

In parallel, intentional partnerships are cultivated with aligned farms, ethical suppliers, wellness practitioners, educators, and purpose-driven brands. These collaborations strengthen regenerative supply chains, expand programming depth, and foster a network of shared stewardship; laying relational groundwork for the future land-based community.

The objective is stability, resilience, and integrity before physical expansion.

Phase II

Scalable & Reciprocal Ecosystem Expansion

Phase II expands the ecosystem through intentional scaling rooted in reciprocity, transparency, and shared growth.

Revenue and programming continue to expand through broadened product distribution, collaborative retreats, and educational initiatives aligned with regenerative principles. At the same time, partnerships deepen into more reciprocal relationships, supporting the growth of aligned farms, ethical suppliers, practitioners, and purpose-driven brands within our network.

This phase emphasizes the development of resilient, values-based supply chains and active participation within local and global communities. Engagement includes collaboration with sustainable agriculture forums, registered animal welfare programs, impact-driven charities, and community initiatives supporting underserved populations through structured and accountable models.

This phase also supports responsible advocacy and education around traditional and land-based healing modalities within legally compliant and professionally structured environments.

As scale increases, governance frameworks, reporting systems, and environmental accountability measures are strengthened to ensure that growth reflects commitment, not just expansion.

The objective is to build a transparent, interdependent ecosystem where prosperity, stewardship, and service reinforce one another.

Phase III

Land Acquisition & Integrated Regenerative Development

Phase III begins with the intentional acquisition of agricultural land suitable for permaculture cultivation, regenerative livestock stewardship, and honey bee regeneration. The land itself forms the foundation of the long-term vision.

Development will integrate working permaculture systems, ethical animal care, and biodiversity restoration alongside an intimate hospitality component designed for immersive, land-based experiences.

Approximately twenty private eco-cabins will support retreat and educational stays focused on depth, restoration, and meaningful engagement with regenerative practices. Communal wellness facilities and shared gathering spaces will be developed to complement the agricultural ecosystem rather than exist separately from it.

On-site residential housing will provide stable accommodations for agricultural stewards and long-term caretakers essential to daily land operations. Facilities aligned with registered animal welfare and sanctuary standards will be incorporated with careful ecological and operational planning.

Execution of this phase will occur only when capital readiness thresholds, environmental assessments, governance frameworks, and operational reporting systems are firmly established. Scale remains intentionally intimate to protect ecological integrity, community cohesion, and long-term sustainability.

The objective is not expansion for its own sake; but the cultivation of a resilient, interdependent ecosystem rooted in stewardship.

Restoring Environmental Biodiversity

Industrial agriculture and rapid development have degraded soil, displaced pollinators, and reduced ecological diversity. This project supports regenerative land stewardship, permaculture systems, responsible livestock management, and honey bee restoration initiatives designed to restore balance at the local level while contributing to broader ecological resilience.

Educating for Sustainable Living

Modern systems often disconnect individuals from food sources, land cycles, and practical self-reliance. Through agricultural education, homesteading practices, and immersive learning experiences, this ecosystem aims to reintroduce applied sustainability as an accessible and empowering model for everyday life.

Addressing Human & Animal Vulnerability

Many individuals and animals lack stable support systems. Through structured workforce development, dignified housing pathways, ethical sanctuary integration, and community-based support models, this vision seeks to create environments where stability, responsibility, and care are mutually reinforcing.

Promoting Natural Wellness & Traditional Healing

Healthcare systems often separate preventative wellbeing from land-based and traditional knowledge. This platform supports responsible education around natural health, regenerative living, and traditional healing modalities within legally compliant and professionally governed environments.
